Overview

Qualifications
Education: We look at everyone regardless of education levels, but degrees in early childhood education or equivalent are preferred. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required to be considered.
Experience: Minimum two years of top performance in a childcare setting preferred. References are required. For candidates with no prior childcare experience we now offer our one-of-a-kind Career Kickstart Program.
Personal: Highly energetic, personable and team-oriented. Demonstrates high degree of responsibility. Projects a professional presence at all times. Exhibits excellent customer service and works well with parents.
